Credit Cards & Debit Cards
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Simply follow the checkout process, and enter your credit card information as requested. Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. We only accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. This transaction will be processed just like a credit card. You will not be required to enter your PIN number.
You might notice what looks like a pending charge from $.01 up to $5 from us when viewing your credit or debit card account information online. This is not a charge, it is a pre-authorization. Pre-authorizations are only used to confirm that a card is valid before we attempt to charge the full order amount. These pre-authorizations are automatically voided immediately after they process. Sometimes it might take a few business days for voided transactions to fall completely off your credit or debit card account. Don't worry, we will never attempt to capture these funds under any circumstances.
If you order an item that is temporarily unavailable from the manufacturer, we collect payment at the time of purchase. You will receive an email notice about your backorder with an estimated shipping date. If you are not interested in waiting, please contact our customer relations team via email at email@example.com (M – F 8AM – 5PM ET). We will be happy to recommend an alternative style or simply refund your purchase. As always, we are happy to help!
If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. Your card will not be charged, and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card-issuing bank removes the authorization. This usually happens within 2-5 business days. Your card may be declined for the following reasons:
General decline - This is usually caused by insufficient funds or a credit-limit issue. Contact your card-issuing bank for further details.
AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch - The billing address you entered during checkout does not match the mailing address associated with your credit card billing statement.
Card code mismatch - The 3-4 digit CVV2/CVC2/CID code on the back of your credit card, or front for AMEX, does not match what was entered during checkout.

To make a purchase using PayPal, select PayPal as your payment method. You will find this payment method on the shopping cart page. The PayPal login button is listed below the "Secure Checkout" button. To log into your PayPal account, click the “Check out with PayPal” button. This will take you directly to paypal.com where you will enter your billing, shipping and payment information. Once you are logged in, you will be directed back to the shopping cart page on our site to confirm your order.
Money Order, Personal Check or Cashier's Check
We accept money orders, personal checks and cashier's checks. We hold all checks and money orders for 10 business days before processing.
Please email us at email@example.com with the order with your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, payment method, item name, size, color, price, and quanitity.
Prepaid Credit or Gift Cards
If you are using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express pre-paid credit or gift card, register the card by calling the card-issuing bank. During the checkout process, be sure the billing address matches the address used when registering the card. If there is an address mismatch, the transaction will be declined and a hold may be placed on your card. Please contact the card-issuing bank if this occurs.
Purchase orders can be submitted via fax, phone, mail or e-mail. Please do not submit credit card information through e-mail because it is not a secure method of communication. To use a line of credit on purchase orders, you must apply and be approved for a line of credit prior to purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be applied to your account. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are not instantaneous. Allow 2-8 business days for a refund to be processed. The length of this wait period will depend on your bank or credit card company. After 90 days, we can no longer apply refunds directly to credit cards. In those instances, we will mail you a refund check. If you paid by check and request a refund, you will also be issued a refund check.

Offers are valid at time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards, donations or any special offers. Promotion codes must be entered on the shopping cart page and cannot be used in combination with any other offer. Limit one promo code per order. Gift with purchase offers have limited quantities and are limit one per order while supplies last.
Products purchased together at a discounted rate can only be shipped together. In the case of a backorder, please note that the promotional priced items may be delayed until the unavailable product can also be shipped.
Free Shipping Promotions
Free shipping promotions valid within the continental U.S. only.
We are committed to total customer satisfaction. That's why we give you up to a full 7 days to return select items that are in new, unworn condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. Items that are ineligible for return are all clothing merchandise, T-shirts, hydration bottles, and other apparel items. Additionally, we never charge a restocking fee on retail orders, however return shipping must be payed by the customer.
Need to make a return?
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org, send the order number for that contains and tell us which item you would like to return.
Briefly list why you would like it returned and include information about your payment for the item.
Receive your RMA number and write it clearly on the outside of the return package.
Ship your package using a traceable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx. By using this method, the return merchandise can be tracked and delivery can be confirmed.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns that do not have an RMA number clearly displayed on the return package may be refused by our warehouse. All clearance sales are final. We cannot accept returns on clearance, special order or customized items. We do not refund original shipping costs on returned orders, and we do not cover any shipping costs associated with your return.

If your return item includes a shoe box, please do not use that box as the shipping packaging. In order to resell it, we need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in marked or damaged shoe boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Want to exchange an item? Simply return your original item(s), and place a new order. We will ship your new order immediately, reducing wait time for replacement items. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue an immediate credit.
Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Expedited orders ship within one business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping within the continental United States takes between 3 to 10 business days in transit and is fully insured and traceable. Standard shipping costs are quoted during checkout.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee during checkout. These orders ship within one business day.

We charge a flat rate of $19.99 for all orders shipping to APO/FPO-based addresses. If your order is shipping from multiple warehouses, that rate will be applied on a per warehouse basis. All packages are sent USPS Priority Mail only. The Military Mail system is notoriously slow and unreliable. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. For the best rate possible, be sure to select the United States as your country when shipping to APO/FPO addresses. We do not always receive tracking number for APO/FPO shipments. If we do receive tracking information, the package is only traceable until it is received at the military address. PLEASE NOTE: USPS will not ship items containing Lithium batteries overseas.
To make sure your package gets to its destination, follow these instructions for entering a military address.
Do not use special characters or punctuation (such as %, &, ', -, ?, !, etc.).
For Army, Navy and Marines: Enter Unit Number and Box Number in the "Address" field.
For Ships: Enter Ship Name and Hull Number.
For Air Force: Enter PSC Number and Box Number.
In "Address Line 2," enter optional military command or organization name (e.g., USAG J or 2/566 Postal Co.).
In the "City" field, enter APO or FPO.
Please note: We cannot ship to city codes other than APO or FPO for military shipments. Entering a city other than APO or FPO will result in your order being delayed or possibly canceled. Also, do not enter the state in this field. (Incorrect: APO AE, AE.) If you are stationed in a war zone, our system also may not recognize your address. Please review your entry for accuracy.
In the "State" field, select one of the following:
AE – Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada
AA – Armed Forces Americas
AP – Armed Forces Pacific
In the "ZIP Code" field, enter the 5-digit ZIP code for the military unit. It must start with a 0 or 9. Any other ZIP codes in combination with AE, AA or AP will result in delays or cancellation of your order. Your billing address ZIP code (or home address code) cannot be used in place of a military ZIP code.
In the "Country" field, use the default choice of USA.
In the "Phone" field, we suggest entering the phone number of a family member or friend who is stateside. We must receive a phone number before we are able to ship.
Order Tracking: Most orders will receive a tracking number via email after the order has shipped. Please contact our customer relations department to check on the status of orders that do not have tracking available.
Alaska & Hawaii: We ship via USPS and UPS for customers placing orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. USPS can take up to 7-10 business days for delivery. A live quote is generated during the checkout process. PLEASE NOTE:USPS will not ship items containing Lithium batteries overseas.
Guam, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands: A rate will be calculated at the time of purchase when shipping to these locations. All packages are sent via USPS Priority and are fully insured. PLEASE NOTE: USPS will not ship items containing Lithium batteries overseas.
PO Boxes: We do not ship to standard PO Boxes. We require a physical address to process your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Volume Purchase Orders: No-Rush shipping only applies to customers paying full retail prices. Any volume discounted quotes received from us will include an actual freight estimate.
Backorder Shipping: The moment your backorder becomes available, we will ship it out at no additional charge.
