Any current Lieutenants out there that give their take on what they thought was the hardest part of Marine Infantry Officers Course (IOC) for them? I'm newly commissioned and looking to possibly pursue that route.

When I went through, it was the non-stop intensity for me. Like at Marine OCS there were times you could "check out" for certain segments. At IOC, the minute you stop maintaining consistent focus and enthusiasm for what your doing is when you begin to fail.
